We Make Things Your Users Love
Love? Software? Yes! Software doesn’t have to suck. We make intuitive products that are simple, but powerful. Simplicity is not something that has to be traded for complexity. Check out our different realms of development.
Web Development
Do you have a workflow to your business that you just can’t seem to find existing software for? You’re not alone. Software packages are usually built with no one in mind. They are made generically to work for a wide range of workflows and busineses. But you aren’t generic, and neither is your business.
With custom application development you can create exactly what you need. You can control how data is managed. Using web technologies also allows your application to be decentralized. Need to check on something from China? Need to work on something from home? Have employees on Macs and PCs? Not a problem Using open web technologies allows your application to be incredibly accessible.

Rmanager
Rmanager was made for a client in dire need to manage their rental business. They were making hundreds of deliveries of bedding, kayaks, and other vacation gear. After trying multiple existing pieces of software, they came to Mustache for the ability to make exactly what worked for their workflow.
Custom application development meant they were in control of how their rentals were organized, and delivered. Using the web gave them the accessibility to view thier data on everything from a desktop computer to a cell phone.

Shooter
Maybe you don't need something so in depth. Shooter was created to solve a simple problem. Sending large files to people. Email systems typically reject file attachments over 10 megabytes. So how can you get that big file to your client in a timely manner?
Mustache created a simple and familiar interface to allow users to upload files to each other. Once sent, the recipient received an email with a link to download their file.

Hopecentral.com
Have you tried all the Content Management Systems out there and hate them? Join the club. Most clients want control over their website that typical Content Management Systems just can’t provide.
hopecentral.com is based on a custom content management system allowing Hope Church to manage their groups, events, and blogs exactly how they wanted.

Workdog
Do you have inefficient processes that are part of your company’s workflow? Outdated, manual, daily activities that are open to human error is very common. Automating these can save time and employee frustration.
Prior to Workdog, this client’s employees entered all of their billable time on sheets of paper and turned them in daily. Mustache provided an inteface that allowed the employees to enter their time through the web. This data was then imported directly into Quickbooks. This not only lowered the margin of error, it also sped up the workflow.
Widgets
Widgets are those adorable mini applications that seem to be invading every platform we interact with. Widgets are deployable on everything from your computer’s desktop, Facebook, to even your mobile phone. Love them or hate them, widgets are a great way to let your users bring their data with them, while extending your brand.

Today’s Top Tune
KCRW’s popular “Today’s Top Tune” podcast gives fans a great new song every day. The problem with this was, after subscribing, KCRW appeared as “just another podcast” to their users.
By taking the podcast and visualizing it as a widget, Mustache provided KCRW with a better branding mechanism. KCRW, and Today’s Top Tune, is properly represented.

KCRW’s Online Radio Stream
KCRW previously showed no metadata regarding the currently playing song on the online radio stream. Their unique playlists frequently play artists listeners may never have heard of.
Mustache created a widget that constantly kept track of what song was currently being played by checking their website. This allowed listeners to check the widget whenever they heard a song they liked, to find out who the great artist was.
Just Some of the Places that Support Widgets
Mobile Web
The web is a platform. It is not something that is accessible only through a desktop computer. Mobile phones have been shipping with Internet browsers for years. With the iPhone’s introduction in 2007, it brought with it a huge revolution in the mobile web. With a browser as powerful as a desktop browser, the iPhone can take advantage of many of the key interface interactions developed on modern webrowsers — ON THE ROAD!
One of the beautiful things about the web is having all of your data and information centralized. Instead of trapped on a computer somewhere in the office, your information is available wherever you can get to a browser. Being able to check on things while on the move is a huge advantage you can give your company.
